Storm Closings/Delays: The landlord of the Food Pantry property and the Director of the Food Pantry will determine the closure or delayed opening of the Food Pantry during inclement weather. All decisions will be made independent of the Plymouth Public School System and no later than two hours prior to the scheduled opening of the Pantry. If the Pantry will not be open or its opening will be delayed, the Director of the Food Pantry, or a representative, will make a reasonable effort to contact all clients scheduled to shop and all volunteers scheduled to work on that day through phone calls or emails. An announcement will also be place on the Food Pantry answering machine and on local TV stations (WFSB, WNBC, WTNH, FOX61). Efforts will be made to reschedule clients to shop on another day.
Holiday Closures: The Plymouth Community Food Pantry will be closed on the holidays listed below.
